Online purchases
When purchasing via our website, we can deliver to all areas in the UK and to a number European countries, as listed below.
UK address: Â All UK postcodes, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Europe zone 1: Â Germany, France, Belgium, Holland
Europe zone 2: Â Italy, Spain, Portugal
A maximum of 12 tyres can be purchased online for delivery to the UK. A maximum of 4 tyres can be purchased online with delivery to Europe zones 1 and 2. For any larger orders, please call us on +44(0)1327 301887 or email us on office@hptyres.com

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times for online purchases are as follows:
UK address: Â 2-5 working days
Europe zone 1: Â 3-7 working days
Europe zone 2: Â 3-8 working days
When you order by telephone or email you will be advised on the expected delivery time on each order. If you require a next day delivery to a UK address (except Northern Ireland), please call us on +44(0)1327 301887 before 2pm. NB: We cannot always offer next day delivery if you order before 2pm due to stock availability and event commitments but we will endeavour to send telephone orders out on a next day delivery, whenever possible.
Returns and refunds
If something is incorrect with your order or you change your mind, you can return your goods to us, in their original condition within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a refund or replacement goods. If you have any problems with your goods, please contact us directly in order for us to promptly resolve the issue.
All returns must be sent to HP Tyres Ltd, Units 5 & 6 Broad March Trade Park, Long March Industrial Estate, Daventry, NN11 4HE.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal if ordering online. We also accept bank transfers and American Express on telephone and email orders. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
